OSL Daily Update - May 18, 2020
$BTC 24 Hour High $9,906.03
$BTC 24 Hour Low $9,470.25
As we get the week started there were not many significant digital asset headlines over the weekend but still some interesting tidbits to note:
- $BTC volatile over the weekend, range bound currently 9,600-9,880. Trading above the upper range on Bollinger bands at oversold levels. No major liquidations to note.
- Bitcoin dominance down slightly 65.3%, peaked at 65.7% last week. Overall market cap starting at 265B, up 5B over the weekend.
- Main traded coins are $BTC and $ETH, other alts quiet currently as main focus shifts to ETH 2.0 and the $BTC bull run post-halving.
- ETHBTC trending up, increased traded volume (+4%) overnight with market cap increasing 3.4%. Currently trading at 0.0216 after seeing lows of 0.0204 mid last week.
More bearish sentiment is revolving around the US-China trade spat and the expected recovery time for the economy as Asia sees a potential second wave of outbreaks.
We’ll be sure to share more news and highlights as this week progresses.
May the trend be your friends!
