The HKSFC announced its digital asset licensing framework two years ago, and granted its first approval-in-principle (AIP) for digital asset trading related activities. With BC Technology Group (HKSE 863) member company OSL Digital Securities Limited the first institution to be granted AIP, the Group’s Head of Regulatory Affairs, Gary Tiu, talks about the regulatory framework in Hong Kong in this four episode series.
