本條款與條件（「條款」）適用於由OSL數字證券有限公司（「OSLDS」、「我們」或「本公司」）組織的「即刻存款及交易」推廣活動（「活動」）。通過參加此活動，參與者（「您」、「您的」）確認並同意受本條款、 OSLDS客戶條款與細則 和 OSL隱私政策 （統稱「協議」）的約束，這些協議共同構成具有法律約束力的協議。

1. 活動期間

1.1 本活動將於2025年3月19日09:00（香港時間）開始，並將持續有效至2025年3月31日23:59（「活動期間」），除非OSLDS自行全權決定修改或終止。

2. 參與資格

2.1 參與者必須是香港特別行政區（「香港」）的居民，並且必須在開戶過程中提供有效且可驗證的香港居住地址證明。居住在香港以外地區的參與者無資格參加本活動。

2.2 參與者必須年滿18歲，方可參加活動。

2.3 每位參與者僅可擁有一（1）個OSLDS帳戶，若同一名參與者註冊多個帳戶，將會導致活動資格被取消。

2.4 本活動僅限個人客戶參加，不適用於機構客戶。

2.5 參與者必須在首次存款後，維持最少港幣 10,000（或等值其他貨幣）的淨存款，並持續30個日曆日。對於本活動而言，「淨存款」是指存入OSLDS帳戶的資金總額，減去任何提款或轉帳，並排除市場波動導致的資產價值變動。

2.6 參與者必須於2025年2月24日或之前註冊OSLDS帳戶，且不得在2025年3月19日之前完成首次存款或首次交易。對於本活動而言，「註冊」或「註冊程序」僅指透過指定平台或渠道首次創建OSLDS帳戶。首次存款指參與者未曾在其OSLDS帳戶中存入資金，並首次成功完成被OSLDS接受的電子存款。「首次交易」指參與者在首次存款完成後，在OSLDS平台執行的第一次交易。

2.7 本活動僅適用於在完成首次存款後30天內提交所需Google表單的參與者。

2.8 本活動不適用於享有特殊費率的用戶，是否屬於該情形由OSLDS全權決定。

3. 獎勵條件

3.1 為了有資格獲得獎勵，參與者必須在2025年3月17日或之後完成首次存款和首次交易，並且必須在首次存款後14天內交易以下指定的金額。為避免疑義，首次存款和首次交易均必須在活動期間內完成。

3.2 比特幣獎勵的數量將根據獎勵發放時 OSLDS 平台上可用的港幣對比特幣的匯率進行計算。OSLDS 保留權利，根據其單獨酌情權，採用其認為合理的兌換匯率。OSLDS 進一步保留權利，在兌換過程中扣除任何相關的費用或費用。

4. 獎勵發放

OSLDS將在參與者滿足第3條所列的所有獎勵資格條件後的30個工作日內發放獎勳。

5. 一般條款

5.1 OSLDS 擁有完全的酌情權來決定您是否有資格參加本計劃及/或領取本計劃下的任何獎勵。OSLDS 可在任何時候依其單獨及完全的酌情權暫停、變更、修訂、撤回或終止本條款，無需事先通知，並且可包括（但不限於）暫停、縮短或更改活動期間。

5.2 在任何情況下，OSLDS 不應被要求發放除本條款中明確規定之外的任何獎勵。本活動的數據和驗證將基於 OSLDS 的記錄，且 OSLDS 保留最終決定權。若參與者從事不當行為，包括但不限於惡意索取獎勵、使用自動化手段執行符合條件的交易、偽造或誤報數據、利用平台漏洞或使用技術手段獲取不當利益，OSLDS 可單獨決定暫停或撤回該參與者的資格。

5.3 若本條款的英文版與中文版有任何不一致或出入，應以英文版為準。

Terms & Conditions of the OSL Digital Securities Limited Deposit & Trade Now Campaign

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the "Deposit & Trade Now" Campaign (the “Campaign”) organized by OSL Digital Securities Limited (“OSLDS”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, participants (“you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSLDS Client Terms and Conditions , and the OSL Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”), which together form a legally binding agreement.

1. Campaign Period

1.1 The Campaign shall commence at 09:00 (HKT) on 19 March 2025 and shall continue in effect until 23:59 on 31 March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless otherwise amended or terminated by OSLDS at its sole and absolute discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must be residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and must provide valid and verifiable proof of residential address located within Hong Kong as part of the onboarding process. Participants residing outside of Hong Kong are ineligible to participate.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.

2.3 Each participant is permitted to hold only one (1) OSLDS account. Multiple accounts registered under the same individual will result in disqualification from the Campaign.

2.4 This Campaign is available exclusively to individual clients, excluding institutional clients.

2.5 Participants must maintain a minimum Net Deposit of HKD 10,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) for a consecutive period of thirty (30) calendar days following the first deposit. For the purposes of this Campaign, "Net Deposit" is defined as the total amount of funds deposited into the OSLDS account, minus any withdrawals or transfers, and excluding any changes in asset value due to market fluctuations.

2.6 Participants must register for an OSLDS account before 24 February 2025 and must not have completed their First Deposit or First Trade on the OSLDS platform before 19 March 2025. For the purposes of this Campaign, "register" or "registration" shall refer solely to the initial creation of an account with OSLDS via the designated platform or channels. "First Deposit" refers to the initial deposit made by a user who has not previously deposited funds into their OSLDS account, and successfully completes an electronic deposit that is accepted by OSLDS for the first time. "First Trade" refers to the first trade executed by the user on the OSLDS platform following the completion of the First Deposit.

2.7 This Campaign is solely available to users who submit the required Google Form within thirty (30) days following the completion of the First Deposit.

2.8 This Campaign is not applicable to users who are subject to special fee rates, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of OSLDS.

3. Reward Conditions

3.1 To be eligible for rewards, participants must complete their First Deposit and First Trade on or after 19 March 2025, and must trade the specified amounts outlined below, within fourteen (14) days following the First Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, both the First Deposit and First Trade must be completed within the Promotion Period.

3.2 The quantity of Bitcoin rewards will be calculated based on the Hong Kong dollar (HKD) to Bitcoin exchange rate available on the OSLDS platform at the time of distribution. OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a conversion rate it reasonably deems appropriate. OSLDS further reserves the right to deduct any associated costs or fees incurred in the conversion process.

3.3 The Reward cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or rewards offered under any other campaign or promotional offer by OSLDS.

4. Reward Distribution

OSLDS shall distribute rewards within thirty (30) business days following the satisfaction of all reward eligibility conditions by the participant, as set forth in Section 3.

5. General Terms

5.1 OSL has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and/or receive any rewards under the Campaign. OSLDS may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the campaign period.

5.2 In no event shall OSLDS be obligated to award anything other than that specified herein. The data and validation for this Campaign shall be based on OSLDS’s records, and OSLDS retains the exclusive right to the final decision. OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to execute the Eligible Transactions, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.

5.3 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

This Campaign shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments.
