How To Complete Registration & Onboarding: A Step-by-Step Guide
All users are required to complete identity verification when opening an account with OSL Digital Securities Limited. To help users understand the process, we have prepared the following guide:
Enter your email address, read and accept the terms and conditions, complete the verification, and set a login password to proceed to the verification process.
Accept the terms and conditions, take a photo of your ID document, and complete the facial recognition scan. After completing this step, return to the homepage to proceed to the next step.
Tip: If you do not have a Hong Kong Permanent Resident ID, we recommend using your passport. If uploading a Hong Kong (non-permanent) ID, please select the nationality listed on your document in the next step.
Nationality: Select the nationality listed on your document.
Tax Information: For Hong Kong residents, your tax identification number is the same as the full alphanumeric sequence of your Hong Kong ID, including any characters or digits inside parentheses (but excluding the parentheses themselves).
You may redact sensitive information (e.g., bank account amounts) on your address proof, but the document must include:
A full page (A4) or complete document (supporting PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG formats),
Issue date (must be within the last three months),
Full name of the recipient, matching your name on the Hong Kong ID or HKSAR passport,
Residential address only; business addresses are not accepted.
