Depositing Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or US Dollars (USD) to your OSL account is simple and allows you to quickly access funds for trading, including buying Bitcoin or other digital assets.

Steps to Deposit HKD

Enter the Deposit Amount:
Input an amount between HKD 100 and HKD 10,000,000. Ensure the deposit amount fits within these limits.

Choose a Transfer Method:
FPS: Fast and seamless; funds typically arrive on the same day.
Bank Transfer: Funds usually arrive on the same day or the next day, depending on your bank's processing time.
eDDA
Use the Registered Bank Account:
Ensure you are transferring from the bank account registered under the same name as your OSL account to avoid processing delays.
Input your transaction reference code

Important Notes:

Double-check that the deposit amount and bank account details are accurate.
Use eDDA / FPS for faster deposits if you want to start buying Bitcoin sooner. (eDDA/FPS eDDA is an electronic authorization system for recurring payments, allowing businesses to directly debit funds from a customer's bank account. FPS is a real-time payment system that enables instant money transfers between bank accounts, often used for one-time or quick transactions.)

Steps to Deposit USD?

Please enter the deposit amount first (USD 100 to 10,000,000)
USD can only be transferred by bank, please use a bank account in the same name as your personal ID to make the transfer. Bank transfer is expected to arrive the same day or the next day.

To cancel the eDDA authorization process, you can either contact your bank or use your bank's app. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] to request for a cancellation of the authorization.

If the eDDA authorization fails, you can check the reasons on the Assets page. If the documents or information were submitted incorrectly, email [email protected] to request for corrections and re-submit. If the issue is related to your bank account status, please contact your bank to resolve it.
