My digital asset payment out request is reversed. What does this mean and what do I do now?
A client must log into their account to initiate a digital asset withdrawal/payment out. For every digital asset withdrawals, OSL sends a confirmation email to the registered email for additional security measures. If the email link is not clicked within 10 minutes, the transfer out request will be reversed. No fee will be charged on a withdrawal that is reversed. Please be reminded that once your withdrawal is reversed, you will need to make another request through the client portal should you wish to proceed with the withdrawal.
