OSLDS: How do I reset my password?
If you are registered to OSLDS, in order to reset your password, please follow the below steps:
Go to your home site login https://trade-hk.osl.com/signin and click on 'Forgot Password?' OR
Submit the email address associated to your account.
Click 'Reset my password'
An email with subject OSL Digital Securities Password Reset" will be received by the registered email. Click on 'Reset Your Password' to be redirected back to the platform.
Add in your new secure password in the fields provided, confirm you are not a robot and click 'Set My Password'.
In case, if you cannot find the reset email link in your inbox, please do not forget to check Spam folder as well or reach out to [email protected]
