What documents are required to register a corporate account?

List of Required Documents (all must be a Certified True Copy by a Professional party OR an OSL Licensed Rep):

Passport (should have at least 6 months of validity) and address proof of below persons: a) All Directors b) All individual beneficial owner with 25% or more of stake c) All authorised person(s)
Operating address proof (i.e. Bank statement, utility bill issued within 3 months) if the operating address is different from the registered address
Company Ownership Structure Chart (showing individual UBOs with 25% or more of stake) signed by directors - including, full names with exact percentages for all individuals and entities are required and nationality and place of incorporation are required to state clearly for all individuals and entities respectively
Memorandum and Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Certificate of Incorporation
Certificate of Incumbency (issued within 6 months)
Bank statements and/or audited financial statements (Most current month) showing a portfolio of not less than HKD 8 million or its equivalent or not less than HKD 40 million in total assets
Trade record to prove at least 5 virtual assets transactions in the past 3 years/ Online training module completion certificate of the authorised dealer (Please see below important notice)

Self-Certification Form - Entity
Self-Certification Form - Controlling person (if applicable)

All forms and your OSLDS Client Agreement attached have to be signed in wet ink by an Authorised Signer (as listed on the Attestation letter). If you had your own Board Resolution, we are happy to review with our legal department
