2. 本計劃僅適用於截至2024年10月17日09:00前(含)未曾向OSLDS帳戶存入任何資金的用戶。每位用戶僅可擁有一個OSLDS帳戶。相同用戶註冊的多個帳戶將不具資格參與本計劃。

3. 本計劃僅適用於擁有有效香港地址證明的個人用戶。其他國家及司法管轄區的居民，包括但不限於澳洲、加拿大、中國、歐盟、歐洲經濟區、日本、韓國、新西蘭、新加坡、瑞士、阿聯酋、英國、美國及新西蘭，或其他由OSLDS自行決定不適用的國家或司法管轄區居民，均不可參與。

4. 本計劃下的所有獎勵將以比特幣（BTC）形式發放，若用戶已滿足所有適用條件，對應獎勵將於2024年12月15日至12月30日期間直接存入用戶在OSLDS開立的個人帳戶。發放的比特幣數量將以發放時OSL平台上港幣兑比特幣的價格為準。OSLDS保留自行決定適用合理匯率的權利，並保留扣除轉換過程中產生的相關費用的權利。

Terms & Conditions of the OSL Digital Securities Limited Welcome Offers

1. Unless otherwise specified or amended by OSLDS, the OSL Digital Securities Limited (“OSLDS”, “we” and “us”) Welcome Offers (the “Program”) will be valid from 09:00 on 17 October 2024 until 23:59 on 14 December 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the OSLDS Client Terms and Conditions.

2. The Program is available only to users who, as of 09:00 on 17 October 2024, have not deposited any funds into an OSLDS account. Each user is eligible to hold only one OSLDS account. Multiple accounts registered under the same user will be disqualified from participating in the Program.

3. This Program is only applicable to individual users with valid proof of address in Hong Kong. It is not applicable to residents in other countries and jurisdictions, including but not limited to Australia, Canada, China, the European Union, the European Economic Area, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand or any other jurisdictions which OSLDS in its sole discretion, determine to be inapplicable countries or jurisdictions.

4. All rewards under this Program will be distributed in Bitcoin (BTC) and credited directly to the user’s personal account at OSLDS between 15 December and 30 December, subject to the user’s fulfilment of all applicable conditions. The quantity of the Bitcoin rewards will be calculated based on the Hong Kong dollar (HKD) to Bitcoin exchange rate available on the OSLDS platform at the time of distribution. OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a conversion rate it reasonably deems appropriate. OSLDS further reserves the right to deduct any associated costs or fees incurred in the conversion process.

5. To be eligible for rewards, users must meet the conditions listed below during the Promotion Period. The account opening process depends on the provision of all necessary information and documents by the user. The time required to open an account may vary depending on the completeness of the materials submitted and the complexity of the case. Users are encouraged to submit their account opening applications early in the Promotion Period.

6. OSL has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Program and/or receive any rewards under the Program. OSLDS may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the campaign period.

7. In no event shall OSLDS be obligated to award anything other than that specified. The data and validation for this Program shall be based on OSL’s backend records, and OSL retains the exclusive right of final decision. OSL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Program if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to claim rewards, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.

8. This Program shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained herein shall form the basis of any contract or commitment. Additionally, this Program is not intended to provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any financial transactions. Before making any investment, you should ensure that you have read and agreed to the OSLDS Client Terms and Conditions, Risk Disclosure Statement, Product Disclosure, and other risk disclosure documents available on the OSLDS website.

9. All matters and disputes relating to the Program will be subject to the final decision of OSLDS. OSLDS reserves the right to amend these and relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. In the case of discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
