Recently, there have been heightened attacks by hackers in the digital asset space. We encourage all customers and platform users to remain alert for scams, phishing hacks, and other malicious activities.

Bad actors may attempt to steal personal information and items of value including passwords, private keys and fiat currency. Be on the lookout for anything suspicious and please remember to read and carefully review emails or other communications before taking any action. 

We will never directly request passwords or personal information, whether by email, chat or through other communications. 

Always enable additional safety protocols such as 2-factor authentication on your accounts where available. Please exercise caution when dealing with anyone that asks for access to your private information or proposes a transaction or business arrangement involving your digital assets, regardless of how and where it is requested.
