Citizens that are currently living in the following countries are NOT on the OSL serving list:

CHINA

USA

CANADA

KOREA

JAPAN

MALAYSIA

Note that OSL strictly follows the sanction list provided by the United Nations. The countries that are listed on the UN sanction list are NOT our serving areas.
