Transaction Guidelines: RWA (Real World Assets) Subscription and Redemption Process

Client Order Process (Subscription/Redemption)

Clients can initiate RWA subscriptions and redemptions by sending an email to [email protected].

Pre-Order Requirements

For first-time RWA orders, clients must complete the Notice to Investor and Suitability Test.
For subsequent orders, only the Notice to Investor is required; the Suitability Test does not need to be repeated.
Clients must ensure sufficient funds are available in their accounts, as RWA transactions operate on a Prefund basis.

RWA Transaction Cut-off Time

Clients must submit orders to the sales team by 10:00 AM daily to ensure same-day processing.
Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

Order Processing and Asset Updates

Due to the time required for backend and upstream processing of RWA orders, clients can typically view updated RWA assets after 5:00 PM.
Order statuses are categorized as follows:

New: The order has been successfully created.

In Progress: Funds have been sent to the issuer.

Completed: RWA assets have been allocated to the client’s account.

RWA Real-Timing Pricing Information

Clients cannot access real-time RWA pricing at the time of order placement and can only specify the subscription amount.
The final Net Asset Value (NAV) is determined by the issuer and reflected in the client’s asset interface.

Can customers cancel the order?

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted, as the backend has already begun processing the transaction.

Limit Order Support

RWA does not support limit orders. Clients must use the Prefund model, ensuring sufficient funds are available in their accounts before trading.

Supported Currencies for RWA-CAMMF

Currently, only Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) are supported for RWA-CAMMF transactions.

RWA-CAMMF Settlement Timeline

RWA-CAMMF supports T+0 Settlement.

Minimum Transaction Amount for RWA-CAMMF

The minimum transaction amount is 10 HKD.
